RULES
FOR SENDING INFORMATION
USING THE POLISH CLUB OF ATLANTA E-MAIL LIST.
The
members of the Polish Club of Atlanta Board of Directors strongly
believe in the importance of sharing information within
our community. The
goal is to make our life easier and more interesting.
We should all learn about Poles’ achievements
and awards. It could be
useful, or even critical to learn about job opportunities.
Most of us appreciate knowing about concerts and performances
when a Polish person performs. There
may be other information of interest to at least some of us.
THE
POLISH CLUB OF ATLANTA IS PLEASED TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR
OUR E-MAIL SUBSCRIBERS.
A.
The following information will be sent out free of charge:
- Information
about Club’s events.
- Information
about other Polish non-profit organizations (Chopin Society of
Atlanta, PCAAA, etc.)
- Information
about famous Poles in the USA or Poles’ achievements, recognitions
and awards.
- Ads
from people who look for jobs and from those who offer jobs.
- Ads
from people who can offer a place to stay or from those who look for
a place stay.
- Information
about concerts or performances of Polish people in Atlanta.
- Information
that could be beneficial in
the best of our judgment.
B.
Rules for sending commercial advertisements.
- Commercial
advertisements could be forwarded up to two times for a
$20 donation to the Polish Club of Atlanta per occurrence. The
text must include the name of the firm or of the person
sending the ad and
contact information for the event and/or firm.
We accept checks sent to the Club’s address 10 days before publication.
If you prefer to use Pay Pal, please submit $21 to cover the
operational cost, two days before publication. All information will be forwarded in its
original format and language. We
will not be formatting ads. We
will not be verifying the content of the messages for its
truthfulness and we are not responsible for the inaccuracies.
- At
the PCA discretion we may refuse to forward information/ads.
- If
you would like to use the Polish Club of Atlanta E-mail list to
forward your message to the community, please write an e-mail
message requesting it to Barbara@polishclubofatlanta.org
